“Ordered 2 items, one was correct but for the other I received was completely the wrong item. Waiting to hear back about how they wish it to be returned for a refund. Such a shame as it was a birthday gift so spoilt the day”

“Hello, I have received my blue sweatshirt, sadly I had to return it as it was too small.. The XL is not Xl at all sadly..I normally buy size L but wanted it to be roomy. But this was not the case..The quality was ok but the blue was not a vivid as the photo..I was a bit disappointed as I have friends who have used this brand and my sweatshirt was not as good quality.”

“Beautifully made. Lovely colours. Sadly the hoodie was returned because it was too tight around my neck, I prefer a looser fit around my neck. But otherwise true to size and lovely. Next time I will purchase a sweatshirt instead but thank you”
