“Recently ordered and received green Billie Star stripe velour lounge suit (thanks to Ben at St Bert’s for suggesting sizing up on the sweatshirt). They were a perfect fit, lovely colour and feel. As was Rena faux fur jacket I ordered with them - beautiful!”

“Omg, This is my new favourite shop in the world! I bought a velour retro hoodie and loved it so much that within a couple of days I bought another one. Such beautiful designs and excellent quality. The styles/designs/colours are exactly the sort of stuff I go for but can never seem to find anywhere! Super fast delivery too and great customer service. Thanks St. Bert’s, I’ll be back (frequently)!”

“I was very impressed with the customer service at this company . They reviewed my order and made some adjustments to my sizes , unfortunately they dispatched the wrong top but once contacted they sent the replacement top with immediate delivery and a return label all without worrying about payment , excellent .”

“When there was a hold up with delivery an email was sent with a full update of what was causing the delay. When I had queried it previously they wrote straight back offering chance to abandon the wait. I then received a 15% discount sorry code I continue to have 100% satisfaction. All refunds are instant but the majority of clothes are kept, loved and worn over and over”

“Very high quality clothing and really lovely fabrics. I’ve only had one issue with sizing and that was on a jacket. I called customer services and they immediately sent me a returns label without fuss. I sent the item back and within 24 hours they shipped me the size I needed. Fabulous service as well as fabulous clothes!”

I am so sorry that you were did not see the information on our Delivery & Returns page which is on every product page. It states: "For all International Orders we send either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or one of our preferred couriers. We send on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis which means that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties and fees imposed by the destination country. There may well be delays at customs. The fees can be unpredictable and are the responsibility of the buyer."

“This is a brand that I have ordered severally from with no issues I recently placed an order that took ages to come despite being very patient as the complained that they have issues with customs thus the delay . I later received my order and it didn't fit so I returned it the next day only for them to say it cannot be exchanged because it has a strong smell of parfum . Till now they're still with my money and the order claiming it cannot be exchanged for a bigger size this is ridiculous 😒”

Dear Emelda - I am so sorry that you had to wait a long time for your jumpsuit - we did explain that it was stuck in customs and we did not have any control over when it would be delivered. We also gave you a 15% discount code to be used on any future purchases as an apology. Unfortunately, when you returned the jumpsuit asking for a larger size there was (and still is several weeks later) an overpowering smell of perfume on it. This has made the jumpsuit unsellable. We do state in our Terms and Conditions " Items must still have original labels attached and must not smell of perfume or food etc. Any items that are received in a condition that means that they cannot be resold will be returned to the customer." I did email you on 30th November asking if you would like it returned to you but so far you have not replied to me.

“I'm so glad I found St Berts! I've bought a few items now and the quality is great. I also had a change some sizes and the team were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I had a response the same day. Lots of compliments when I wear the items - love this brand :)”

“Your products are wonderful, cheerful and good quality. My children value the hand-me-downs. Your recent sale was great value. However, you need a Europoean hub to sell to Ireland so that your Irish customers do not have to pay VAT in two jurisdictions. Disclaimers on your website is not sufficient. Order not yet received.”

Hi James - when our prices are quoted in Euros they are excluding tax. You will only be charged VAT once, which happens at delivery (along with any local duties). This is what we have written on our website regarding International Orders "For all International Orders we send either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or one of our preferred couriers. We would love to have an Irish hub but it is not currently economically viable. Many apologies for the inconvenience.
