“Love the soft feel and quality BUT the sizing is ALL WRONG. Came up massive. Need to send most of it back and reorder. Just annoying as i have to pay postage to send it back and it was a big order. Lovely stuff though”

“I love St Berts! My daughter and I have jumpers, t-shirts and dresses galore! The quality is fantastic, the colours are amazing, there is a great choice on the website (which is easy to navigate), and delivery is prompt and reliable. The only issue for me is that there's always 'just one more jumper' online that I really 'need'!!”

“Wow 3rd purchase from St Berts the t-shirt dress is true to size comes just above my knee 5ft 6 and so so soft😊. Can’t wait for the autumn/winter collection to drop. Also ordered on Sunday and package arrived Tuesday - getting ordering people!”

“The customer service offered by St Bert's was brilliant. The sweatshirt I wanted in the sale wasn't available in the colour I wanted in my size. I received an e-mail and text asking me if i'd be willing to buy a different coloured garment of the same style in my size, which I accepted. The sweatshirt then arrived a couple of days later and I love it. It is of really high quality and fits perfectly! I've never received a personal text from a company of this sort before, and I thought it was bucking the trend somewhat from the usual automated replies you would expect to get. I'd highly recommend shopping with St Bert's.”

“Ordered lots of stuff. Loved every item. Really good quality too. BUT… it really puts me off when companies don’t offer free return shipping. I unfortunately pressed 2 items on one product and it’s the only thing I’m having to return, which makes it even more annoying I have to pay for it to go back. I just think i would be more compelled to shop again if the return costs were covered. Clothing deserved 5 stars but top notch customer service (ie free returns) pushed it down to 4 star.”
