“Liked the bottoms I purchased but they were not long enough. I'm 5ft 9 they needed to be a couple of inches longer such a shame.”

“Delivery and refund was fast but unfortunately the item wasn't a good fit (sleeves too short, jumper too wide - I'm a fairly standard size 12 / 5 ft 9) and I thought the material would be a bit thicker. Also I still had to pay postage here and back (over £8) to try an item which wasn't right. Appreciate St Bert's is a small business but it's still a lot hence the 3 star review - sorry”

“I haven’t received my order as yet? It was despatched to Royal Mail but 1 week later I stilled haven’t received despite thinking it would arrive next day. I sent an email to yourselves but no response using your email contact performa. I tried to phone several times on the number provided on your website but line was dead. I sent a message on social media platform and late that day I was received a message to say someone would look into it - I’m still waiting. First time I have use your company and it hasn’t been the greatest. I know that somethings are outside your control but communication has been poor. Now the the official holiday it was be delayed further (not something in your control). Royal Mail has updated tracking stating it is in Belfast mail centre. Hopefully it will arrive soon - but thank for asking how my experience. Let’s just say feeling tainted.”

“The quality of the sweat pants is amazing, and I struggled to find any elsewhere which were 100% cotton. Two things I don’t like. Firstly they are fleecy lined. This makes them incredibly hot to wear, especially as I have very hairy legs. The colour is a faded blue, and so even though they are brand new, they look like they have been through the wash 50 times, and actually look quite scruffy. I haven’t sent them back, but I’m not convinced I would want to be seen outdoors in them, or would find them cool enough to wear inside. In addition I was particularly peeved that within hours of me buying them the price reduced by over £20.”

“I thought the colours of these items were perfect for my rainbow moving 6 year old and finally bought a sweatshirt in the sale. Item arrived promptly and is well-made, however I felt very underwhelmed by it. The stripe colours seem ever so slightly different to the images (cheaper looking somehow and a bit garish). Also seems a lot shorter than a normal sweatshirt length. My daughter likes it however so we have kept it.”

“This dress is really really maxi. Fine if you are tall, but I am 5' 3" and the dress literally touched the floor in bare feet. More than that, it meant that the proportions were all wrong. The white part ended at least 4 inches lower than it should have done to be flattering, it all went wrong from there. I am also a size 8 to 10, and the dress was too big on the width/ back at the top. Shame, because the fabric was good quality, the colours nice and generally it looked like a fun summer dress I wonder about having a petite sized range please?”

“First time used. T-shirt listed as medium, it’s tiny more like small. Pullover had a black mark on the front left. My wife’s birthday presents both returned. Disappointed.”

“Was so looking forward to this dress arriving. But...sadly, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the dress - the jersey material is quite thin, so thin you can see the logo on the inside on the neck through the back of the dress! I'm on two minds whether to keep it, I like it with a denim jacket, but on it's own it's a bit shapeless. I wish it was a skirt (or just a better fitting, better quality dress). On the plus side, it's comfy to wear and a good length for 5ft 6 me.”

“Great quality, BUT very irritating that you dont offer a return service, as I compromised and kept the bottoms, but really too big. As a first time purchaser its really difficult to know how they will fit especially as some reviews said they come up small. That said, the design & quality of fabric is great.”

“Looks nice in pics but colours not same in person, more washed out. Overall ok but wouldn’t say worth the price. Ordered men’s joggers and hoodie. Hoody went back straight away as not amazing fit, small is pretty baggy and long arms compared to every other small hoodie I own (many 10s from all sorts of brands). Kept joggers and wore on recent flight. On reflection should have also sent back as doubt I’ll wear again. mark very easily and my £20 Reebok and Adidas ones are more comfy and better quality overall sadly. Shame as like to support small business and live in hoodies and jogging bottoms.”

“I really like the thick, good quality fabric St Bert’s clothes are made from. The designs and colours are great for my kids. I hesitated before buying because the company could not assure me that the dyes and manufacture was completely sustainable and I was disappointed that the packaging the products came in were totally unsustainable.”
