“All the items I ordered arrived as described and in good order. Communication re delivery was good and everything arrived when expected.”

“Product description good. Had a problem editing my basket and was unable to delete an item even after clearing cache memory. Had to sign in on different browser and use secondary email to make the purchase. Customer service quick but communication about despatch could have been better. Overall ok experience with some minor problems. Postage the highest I came across for similar products and that was even before VAT was added so way overpriced and almost swayed me to another brand elsewhere with similar spec but they didn't have my size in stock.”
