I haven't actually used their services yet, so was surprised that the renewal price had increased nearly 25% Should have shopped around, must not try to make this mistake in future!😳

My 1st quote was for £54+ when your quote came up it was for £67+ untill I ticked the box to pay excess of £40 Not best pleased

We offer both policies with a £30 excess (only purchasable through comparison websites) and policies with no excess attached to provide a wider range of options for customers. Whilst policies with an excess have a lower premium, the £30 excess is payable on each callout before assistance can be arranged. Best wishes, the Start Rescue Team.

Remind people before the annual renewal DD to avoid card issues. A year is too long to expect everything to work automatically. Make the App better, the features are extremely limited. You can’t update your card details in it.

Dissapointed it keeps going up every year even though I've never used you ever 7 or 8 years now maybe more you will know that,so don't even know how could you are yet

I had two operators come to restart my car, where the battery had gone flat. The first one got it going but as soon as it was turned off it would not start again so I had to call SR again. The second operator, as well as starting the car again, tested the level of power in the battery and it was virtually zero. If the first operator had had that tool I could have gone to Halfords in Botley before it was dark and I had to rush to get a new battery before Halfords closed. And the second operator said it would be open until 8pm and as it was it shut at 6pm on a Saturday. Apart from that both operators were pleasant.

I have taken this out for a second year but the same product was cheaper on line than just a renewal. Which is unsatisfactory

We automatically apply renewal savings to our existing customers. However, occasionally these provide less discount than promotional offers such as the one you used to purchase your new policy. At around 10 am I reported a clutch failure and a service vehicle attended after an hour only to say the obvious and that a recovery vehicle was needed. We were on our way by around 1.45 pm and there was little info being provided while we waited.

satisfied since Joining Start Rescue until January this year when I had need of the service that i paid for. I say service but in truth it did not exist and I had to resolve the problem Myself. Some idiot ran into my car and both cars ended up blocking a busy bus route in a major town and at rush hour Having requested help and explaining my predicament the understanding and help I received was Zilch. I renewed my policy in the hope that the same situation happening again should be very small on the basis that " Lightning never strikes in the same place twice" and that should I have need to call upon you again it will be a simple breakdown. after great consideration I decided to give you a second chance. I hope I do not regret it.

Roadside rescue not the best on the roadside. Far as having the right scanner to read fault codes.

Can't really review. Have been a ember for a number of years but so far have not had cause to use service. Looks pretty simple on app should I require their services and have been competitively priced
