Been with you for years, but have never needed to call you out. A year ago I bought a car with 12 months RAC cover, and was very disapppointed that you refused to defer my cover with you until that expired. Hence the lower * rating. Nevertheless you still come out well in Which? so I have come back to you. Why can't i select multiple reasons below?

Hi John, we’re sorry that the option of defer your policy isn’t something that we can provide. With situations such as yours, what we can do is offer for the vehicle on cover to be changed to another eligible vehicle registered to the same household. We are however happy to hear you decided to come back to us. In relation to being able to select multiple reason on the Reviews.io website, unfortunately this is not something within our control. Cheapest multi car breakdown with A 4 star rating, but no customer renewal loyalty🤬 been with start rescue years, but my last renewal was massive and they wouldn't drop it, so I cancelled the policy, then took out a brand new one with them off a comparison website for ⅔ of my last renewal price.. Figure that one out of you can ???

Hi Bryan, thank you for your time on the phone a moment ago, and to allow for us to explain that the reason you have been able to find a cheaper quote online is due to you taking out a policy with an excess. We apologise if this wasn't explained to you in a previous conversation. We would like to assure you that we always reward loyalty by applying a renewal savings at renewal, ensuring you pay less than a new policy for a like for like product. Can't really give much of a review as I have never had to use it yet, which is why I have given 3 out of 5 stars. But I will give it a 5 for price of the services

Find it very odd have been with the company for a few years, but with them increasing there prices I did a comparison site and if I was a new customer I would get a lower price ,so that’s what I did and renewed at that price not good customer business, they don’t reward customers loyalty.

Difficult I had been with you a year told I needed to do nothing but forgot it was a change of card number it wasn't excepted tel you to give new particulars.Sundenly informed that it hadn't been excepted again,that I would need to reapply tried online but twice it could not get full number of card thro telephone.Your operator emailed a form she had given me a small reduction on full price but check out was full price so it wouldn't accept card.I phoned back operator who said I needed to remove price on check out,that didn't work.So went on line as new join but took £29 option.This is not a complaint but just hopeful that you can smooth out some systems to make things work better.

I can’t rate the service yet as I’ve only just joined and I have not used the service .. However, after working for many years for one the UK’s leading major Breakdown Organisations ( no longer working for them ) .. I am disappointed in their treatment of members and how their policies and customer service approach has changed over the years .. So going to give this company a go .. Hopefully I won’t have to use the service any time soon but will continue with a rolling membership if the price remains reasonable and the reviews remain positive.

The purchasing process did not go smoothly in that I could not enter my card details into the payment section. I had to start the whole process again. In addition, I did not receive a welcome email to confirm the purchase. I used the chat facility and the operator told me to wait an hour. At the end of an hour, I used chat again, and was asked to provide an alternative email address. That I did, but it is not an address I normally use, and have been left with an uncomfortable feeling about the whole process.
