used start rescue for a couple of yrs .no call outs renewal too expensive this yr for my 2 scooters and one van so only renewed the van ...

After purchasing, I had problems downloading my policy. It seems a long winded process. In the end I spoke to an agent and they said that it would be posted to me by Royal mail.

In the 25 hours and 4 minutes since I signed up to Start Rescue I have absolutely nothing to say about the service they provide. Still, they wanted me to review them, so here we are ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My policy is paid for but doesn't begin yet. Cannot provide 5 stars as not put it to the test yet. Very easy to join and had a 25% discount.

Just purchased yesterday, reasonably to do over the net. Will hopefully not have to use as only do some 3,500 miles per year. But wait an see.

Your web page failed to reconise my 2024 motorbike's registration number. I get a phone call, quering the number, then a e-mail :-Dear Jeff Kiddle, Amendment: Changed Vehicle CE24MOV to CE24MOV Many thanks for contacting startrescue.co.uk to make the above amendment. Your new updated policy documents are available online in the Customer Lounge. Please check the documents carefully to ensure they are correct as failure to do so may invalidate any future request for assistance. As a result of the above amendment a total of £0.000 has been debited from your card. This does nothing to recommend your company.

Hi Jeff, thank you for your feedback, due to your vehicle being brand new, we needed to contact you to confirm your details are correct as they weren’t showing on the DVLA. Once we had completed this with you and added the details of your vehicle to our system, this naturally sends you an automated email confirming the change.
