“Very competent service. Ordered a slightly unusual alternator for my MGB V8 by phone after sending some photos. Jack was very helpful. A suitable replacement was sent out the same day and I received it the next day in Munich. Can't praise them enough.”

“Excellent service without any hassle whatsoever! Alternator ordered for my Jeep Commander 3.0crd late afternoon and parcel arrived following morning! Return of old alter on exchange was also painless and so simple. Would highly recommend and will use again if and when I need to.”

“Fantastic company and splendid service. I telephoned with a question about starter motors for a Porsche 996, they told me the information I needed to order one so I did. It came next day and was fitted and has worked perfectly. The old one was boxed up and returned and the refund arrived quickly. Top quality service.”

“spoke to Jack, helpful lad who knows his stuff and got me exactly what I needed in the tight time frame I had. As a mobile plant mechanic, you need dependable folk to talk to (especially when the 4G isn't too good) and they certainly are. will use again”

“There starter identifier for my replacement was easy and clear. Once ordered it cam within 2 days . All sorted quickly once I got the old motor off. Bolts were a bit seized but new one slid in easy fitted perfectly.”

“Spent a lot of time sezrching for an alternator to fit this golf course truck without having to go to the manufacturer’s ridiculousely overpriced unit. Contacted SM&A, an immediate positive answer but sent a sketch to confirm. Very prompt delivery and very reasonable price. I’m happy and my customer is very happy.”
