“Arrived in Plymouth in boat with knackered alternator. Rang to ask for help. “Yep, got one of those, 70 or 100 watt. Pick up today, it’s on the counter”£300 cheaper than Volvo original. I collected it and when fitting the wiring was different because of splitter/regulator on the back of the old one . Had to transfer regulator onto new one. Then had excellent video call with step by step assistance and now it works perfectly so I can get back to sea. Excellent service. Thank you so much. I wish other businesses used your approach.”

“I rang to check what I needed, and received a swift, courteous, accurate and helpful answer, much better than elsewhere. Having ordered, I was quite prepared for a reasonable wait for delivery of a heavy starter motor - but was very pleasantly surprised to receive my parcel by 9:20 the following morning. Brilliant service - if only other suppliers could be like this.”
