“Arrived nice and quick in a lovely box ,the wooden star is beautiful aswell as well engraved the only negative is that the certificate had a cheap look to it but apart from tht it was a brilliant present and well recived”

“Brilliant customer service by Natalie!! I ordered the original gift set as a birthday gift for my partner in remembrance of his grandma. It was shipped out but sent back due to incorrect address. I emailed twice and messaged their Facebook but received no response. I rang the company number and Natalie was able to update the address, send the gift the same day and i received it the very next time in time for my partners birthday. The gift was lovely and well presented. Very happy!! 😊”

“Was brought as a leavers class present for the school and obviously you’re not actually renaming an existing star, just getting it listed in their catalogue as under that name, but we all loved the idea of future school kids looking for ‘their’ school star in the sky. Lovely, easy website to order through and the package makes an attractive gift to hand over.”

“Ordered the Valentines version. Very well presented. I wish the Star location map scroll had an outline a constellation somewhere on it so you can easily locate your star in the sky. The ascension and coordinates gives you precise location of course but for someone who doesn’t know how to use that, having some simpler reference would be better.”

“This is a great gift that was really well appreciated, web site was easy to use although got confused when buying the teddy bear gift set and asked if I wanted to add a teddy bear ? Maybe more clarity needed on that product, also didn’t get the 15% discount, all if that said, it was an amazing present, totally unique and would definitely use this as a gift again 👍😀”

“The end result was brilliant. The person who the gift was for absolutely loved it. The only thing I'd say, is I paid for the quicker service and took a few days longer than it was supposed to, so it's a good thing I ordered well in advance of needing it ready by.”
