I bought "The Framed" and the blue gift box it comes in looks terrible. Tears and creases all over the box, it looks like it's been found on the street rather than being brand new. Very disappointed as I can't give this as a gift as intended and can't believe a member of their staff though that this box was OK to send to a customer!

Very dissatisfied with this service. I made an order on the 14th of December for a star to be delivered by post. I recieved an email to state it had been shipped on the 16th, and it would be 2-4 days before it arrived, (so the latest of the 20th December it should have arrived). Delivery then changed to the 23rd December, (I made reasonable accomodations as it's the Christmas period and a busy time). It is now January 4th and there's no update on my order. I have sent 3 emails to the customer service team which have been ignored. Please do not waste your money using this website- extremely poor customer service and I feel I have been scammed. Especially when this was supposed to be a Christmas gift!

The parcel has not arrived and the customer services never replied to my comments. I would recommend avoiding using them.

Shocking service. I chose this company in the huge market of star naming services due to the instant nature of the purchase. The idea is you can download it and print it minutes after you have completed purchase. This was convenient for me as i needed it as a gift the same afternoon. The selling point of the service is that you can scan your QR and view your stars location, however when my documents were emailed through, the QR code was missing, instead the document had a gap where it should be, leaving it incomplete looking. I tried to call immediately but your phone lines were conveniently closed on a Friday mid morning (?) And I tried to email but noone responded to me until 4 days later. I had to scrap the gift as it was incomplete and purchase something else. What a complete waste of money!

Second star I had purchased- the first being nearly 11 years ago and the gold plaque kept slipping off the wooden frame when you sat it up, replaced it but it done the same so it sits in the loft. This time bought my mum a star for her 70th birthday having lost dad a few weeks beforehand and the frame was all scratched, emailed and got no response, so I called and was assured a new frame would be sent out to me! Mum was 70 nine days ago and I still have no received a replacement frame. Not happy, wouldn't recommend, in fact I don't know why used them a second time !

as soon as i used my bank card on the website few hours later unrecognised transactions tried going through my account immediately i froze it but my card wasn’t used anywhere else but at star listing to everyone seeing this i urge you DO NOT SPEND HERE, go onto a different website spend £10 more atleast you won’t be robbed !!!

Ordered 5th December. Had an email saying it was shipped on the 7th. Tracking reference from Royal Mail says they are waiting for the package. I emailed the company and didn’t get a reply. Rang and spoke to someone who was nice but quite vague and blamed Royal Mail as other customers are contacting them with the same question. Looking at other reviews it seems a common complaint. I don’t believe my order has been shipped. I’m not sure if my order will be delivered at all. Wish I’d not ordered from this company. I also paid for the extra add ons and it wasn’t cheap.

If I could put 0 stars I would. My order, which is meant to be a Christmas present for my sister as our sister died last year, has “been shipped”.. was meant to be on its way from the 28th November!!! Every time I message I get ignored, and the one time I did get a reply I got bluntly told they will sort it tomorrow as dispatch team aren’t working. Yet it says they reply “immediately”. BEYOND unhappy with this service, and I never leave bad reviews.

Took money out of my bank twice in different amounts, emailed customer service and never heard nothing back,not like we're in middle of a living crisis and I needed money for heating.

Really DISAPPOINTED!!! No gift was delivered to my friend till now!!! I’ve been contacting them via messages and hundreds of emails and no one is replying to me!!! I was checking with my friend since I placed my order on 1st of December, but nothing is showing up in her email. I paid for my gift and it was not sent !!! This is completely unprofessional! I was really really disappointed with my gift it was for my daughters 21st birthday and it didn’t arrive until after a week of the guaranteed time scale and it is all bent and damaged I wouldn’t recommend buying this gift

Emailed for a name change. Received a reply saying it would be adjusted before it was sent out. When the parcel arrived, the name hadn't been changed, which was very disappointing.
