“Ordered a gift set on the 25th November and still no sign of it on the 16th December. I've tried to phone about ten times and have left voicemails and have heard nothing back. I have also emailed which they replied to the first email about 4 days later with no helpful information and have then failed to reply further. Disappointed with the poor service.”

“Not been delivered. Telephone number either cuts you off or constantly engaged. No response from email given. This was meant to be a birthday present for a close friend who had lost a child. Real angry this has not been delivered. Con artists! Avoid!”
