“The Quality of the gift set is very good and overall presentation excellent, however this was surpassed by the customer service we recieved. Natalie, I hope you get to read this because you were exceptional. In this day and age we often find customer service falls way short of the mark but not in this case, this company has their own Star , well done Natalie.”

“I was looking for something different for my daughters 16th Birthday. It came quickly and the box and packaging was wonderful makes the gift more special. I chose the teddy as well as it’s a little keepsake. She has not opened it yet but I’m sure she will love it.”

“I feel like for just the certificate you can find cheap and better options with more included such as a frame box and roses for the same price elsewhere after I purchased from here. I’m happy with the product but wish I kept looking. I feel like the product can be improved to be honest. Overall I got the star I’m happy with just not happy I’m giving it to my partner in a blue sheet lol”

“I bought a star package as a gift for a friend after her mum sadly passed. The website was easy to negotiate and lots of options available & it was very easy to do as a gift. My friend was delighted with the package and it arrived promptly and was well packaged. I accidentally ordered slightly incorrectly on the website and I didnt notice. The company phoned me up to check the order and they pointed out the error I made & were able to easily make the amendment. The lady was so helpful & made the whole process a breeze. Thankyou so much. I have told lots of people about the call back as so many companys wouldn't of noticed let alone bother to contact the buyer. So in would definitely recommend & thankyou so much”

“I ordered as a gift for a friend. She lost her brother so I named the star after him and presented it to her as a Christmas gift ..to say she was emotional would be an understatement .she thanked me everyday since .honestly the best money I've ever spent.fantastic quilty bear Beautiful presented scroll with white feather and gold and silver stars and decorations even the box it came in was of decent quilty.one very happy customer and will purchase again .thank you very much”

“My 7 year old was made up xmas day with her daddys name a star with Teddy bear. However not even a week after xmas she woke up distraught that the stitching had come undone and his whole head had come off. Luckily nanas a machinist by trade so managed to quickly fix it. Would not recommend buying this product. I havent yet spoken to the company regarding this, going into tier 4 we have had more important things to arrange. I must add that my daughter is very careful with her bears and has had many since birth still in beautiful condition.”
