“I am actually very disappointed with this product - all to do with delivery! As I had 8 days till I needed the 'star' I opted for 'express' at a HUGE cost of around £8 (for a small box which weighs nothing!) after hearing nothing back form the company as to whether normal delivery would arrive in time. Once I had submitted my order, the lady told me that standard delivery would be fine. After explaining I had already paid the additional £5 on top of standard delivery she said they would refund the difference...I am still waiting...over 3 weeks ago! I have written to them and heard nothing back!! Do not provide promises if you don't mean them - leaves sour tastes and reduces repeat business!! Is already a large cost for something which is free to create...ripping people off isn't nice !!”

“I had some trouble downloading my certificate but after I contacted the company I received a copy by the next days post. Very happy with that. The certificate arrived in a shiny blue envelope which would have been really nice if I had given it as a present. The certificate itself has a star map on it so you can actually see which star is yours. I have named a star with a different company and they only gave the coordinates so an amateur like me had no idea where to look. I bought mine in remembrance of loved ones but they'd make a really nice gift for any occasion. I would recommend.”

“I bought a gift of a memorial star for my daughter and named it after her granny. We lost my mum last year and we thought this was such a good idea for my daughter to keep forever, she absolutely loves it and has put it in a beautiful frame to look at every day. We are delighted with the gift.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. waste of money for what you receive, £40 for two crumpled bits of paper and a cheap tacky plastic rose! do NOT recommend will now have to buy another gift for a christening. better quality from other websites.”

“I registered my star and purchased an additional A3 star chart from this company on 25th May 2019. There was no option on the website to request items be posted out, however I was directed to leave a comment regarding postage of additional purchases when placing my order, which I did. I received my order confirmation on the same day which stated Instant Download ( I do not have a printer and had already explained this when purchasing). The instant download link doesn't even work anyway. I have since contacted the company 3 times to request either my A3 star chart or a full refund and have had no reply. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is non existent. They have taken my money and not presented me with my product. They have no respect for their customers.”
