“I was scammed in a cryptocurrency scheme which left me financially devastated. “Documents and stuff are super nice however it’s not clear on how you’re supposed to be able to find your star when actually looking at the sky, asked via chat box if there was an app that could be used to help locate or even just advise when the star will be visible from your location and never even for a response. Got the star for as a memorial gift in honour of my Nan and now can’t tell any of my family how they’re actually supposed to be able to find it without consulting an actual astronomer”

“My son bought this as a gift for a friend who was grieving following the loss of her Daughter. The certificate was nicely presented in a box with a little Teddy and white feathers. I would highly recommend this product, reasonably priced too.”

“Brilliant customer service by Natalie!! I ordered the original gift set as a birthday gift for my partner in remembrance of his grandma. It was shipped out but sent back due to incorrect address. I emailed twice and messaged their Facebook but received no response. I rang the company number and Natalie was able to update the address, send the gift the same day and i received it the very next time in time for my partners birthday. The gift was lovely and well presented. Very happy!! 😊”

“I’ve bought at least 7 stars now over a number of years. It’s my thing I think it’s amazing to name a star for a special person / occasion. The latest purchase was a bit last minute, but I thought an inspiration ! I thought the charts would not arrive in….. I made plans for that ! However they did arrive in , way before I expected. U had sent a message to customer service, and got a prompt reply that everything was in its way any in time for my event ! I can’t thank you enough… This is my thing ! I love everything about it, to me it’s so special and important to me….. Thank you …. Star Listings…… you have never disappointed me. I love them. ❤️”

“Shocking service. I chose this company in the huge market of star naming services due to the instant nature of the purchase. The idea is you can download it and print it minutes after you have completed purchase. This was convenient for me as i needed it as a gift the same afternoon. The selling point of the service is that you can scan your QR and view your stars location, however when my documents were emailed through, the QR code was missing, instead the document had a gap where it should be, leaving it incomplete looking. I tried to call immediately but your phone lines were conveniently closed on a Friday mid morning (?) And I tried to email but noone responded to me until 4 days later. I had to scrap the gift as it was incomplete and purchase something else. What a complete waste of money!”
