“Brilliant customer service by Natalie!! I ordered the original gift set as a birthday gift for my partner in remembrance of his grandma. It was shipped out but sent back due to incorrect address. I emailed twice and messaged their Facebook but received no response. I rang the company number and Natalie was able to update the address, send the gift the same day and i received it the very next time in time for my partners birthday. The gift was lovely and well presented. Very happy!! 😊”

“I’ve bought at least 7 stars now over a number of years. It’s my thing I think it’s amazing to name a star for a special person / occasion. The latest purchase was a bit last minute, but I thought an inspiration ! I thought the charts would not arrive in….. I made plans for that ! However they did arrive in , way before I expected. U had sent a message to customer service, and got a prompt reply that everything was in its way any in time for my event ! I can’t thank you enough… This is my thing ! I love everything about it, to me it’s so special and important to me….. Thank you …. Star Listings…… you have never disappointed me. I love them. ❤️”

“Shocking service. I chose this company in the huge market of star naming services due to the instant nature of the purchase. The idea is you can download it and print it minutes after you have completed purchase. This was convenient for me as i needed it as a gift the same afternoon. The selling point of the service is that you can scan your QR and view your stars location, however when my documents were emailed through, the QR code was missing, instead the document had a gap where it should be, leaving it incomplete looking. I tried to call immediately but your phone lines were conveniently closed on a Friday mid morning (?) And I tried to email but noone responded to me until 4 days later. I had to scrap the gift as it was incomplete and purchase something else. What a complete waste of money!”

“This was a gift after a bereavement…..we had waited a while for it to arrive with my daughter asking daily as she was looking forward to getting the teddy (the package that had been chosen for us). Starlistings international did not disappoint, from the carefully packaged, well presented box, to the good quality Teddy that my daughter is very fond of. This really is a beautiful way of letting someone know you care……we absolutely love it!! 🥰”

“My order was processed and delivered quickly. It was in a nice presentation box inside the certificate etc was rolled and tied with a silver bow and within it and over it were white feathers and tiny stars. My certificate was a memorial dedication and this was a lovely touch. Thank you for great service, highly recommend”

“Excellent choice for a gift of a star. There were lots of companies on line but glad we chose star listing international. It arrived quick well packaged and presented in a lovely navy folder. We went for the £19.99 option and even got a 15% discount.paid extra £5 to have it in ( ursa minor) little bear. I like that they list the Constilations plainly. The new parents were thrilled with it. Would 100 % recommend them. Thankyou”
