“Bought this a few years ago as a Christening gift for my Nephew and everyone loved it. Purchased the star gift set for my niece who was born sleeping. I needed to amend the gift message as I had made a mistake and the customer support lady was so helpful and they sent me a new set of messages straight away. The packaging is beautiful and such a perfect gift for both happy and sad occasions”

“Ordered the Valentines version. Very well presented. I wish the Star location map scroll had an outline a constellation somewhere on it so you can easily locate your star in the sky. The ascension and coordinates gives you precise location of course but for someone who doesn’t know how to use that, having some simpler reference would be better.”

“Have used them several times. The website is very easy to navigate. Good range of choices and prices. My only complaint is that I never received the confirmatory email (I was signed in and email address is correct in my account). The item arrived 2 days before the actual delivery window. Have been happy with all my purchases.”

“I named a star as a last minute Christmas present for my partner… Easy to arrange, instant email to the gift recipient. I chose to pay for him to receive the paper certificate also, that arrived about 9 days later, but in all fairness it had been Xmas and NY also take into account the Royal Mail strikes too. Overall a very nice, well presented gift…. I just wish I’d realised all the options I had when choosing the gift.”
