“Called and spoke directly to get some advice on what to select. Extremely helpful and then promised a speedy deliver which was followed through. Ordered 2 star packs with the Teddy for 2 small children's Christening. Arrived in excellent condition with lots of extra sparkly stars in the box. Parents loved the Name a Star Teddy gift sets and liked how different the gifts were. So, thank you very much for your great advice and fantastic gifts.”

“Absolutely first class service. Can't praise Natalie enough. If we could give more than 5 stars for the product we would. Bought as a memorial for a family member,when we opened the box we were brought to tears by the care that had gone into it. Even the minutest detail was thought of. Thank You so much. Gra & Mandy.”

“Documents and stuff are super nice however it’s not clear on how you’re supposed to be able to find your star when actually looking at the sky, asked via chat box if there was an app that could be used to help locate or even just advise when the star will be visible from your location and never even for a response. Got the star for as a memorial gift in honour of my Nan and now can’t tell any of my family how they’re actually supposed to be able to find it without consulting an actual astronomer”
