“My order was shipped on the 13th December and I still haven't received it. It's for my son for Christmas, so I'm very disappointed. I've tried to message them using the online form and the char forum, with no luck.”

“Beautifully packaged and great value. Had small issue due to postage strikes but Star Listings were incredibly helpful, sent another one out when I queried and were quick to reply on comms. Would happily buy from again and will recommend. Fantastic service and product!”

“I dealt with a lady called Natalie for the whole duration, there was a problem with my first order due to the Royal Mail and their strikes, but Natalie was very communicative throughout and sent me a replacement and it was well worth the wait! I would highly recommend using them as the gift was very well presented and would do great for a sentimental gift for a loved one.”

“Ordered 5th December. Had an email saying it was shipped on the 7th. Tracking reference from Royal Mail says they are waiting for the package. I emailed the company and didn’t get a reply. Rang and spoke to someone who was nice but quite vague and blamed Royal Mail as other customers are contacting them with the same question. Looking at other reviews it seems a common complaint. I don’t believe my order has been shipped. I’m not sure if my order will be delivered at all. Wish I’d not ordered from this company. I also paid for the extra add ons and it wasn’t cheap.”

“If I could put 0 stars I would. My order, which is meant to be a Christmas present for my sister as our sister died last year, has “been shipped”.. was meant to be on its way from the 28th November!!! Every time I message I get ignored, and the one time I did get a reply I got bluntly told they will sort it tomorrow as dispatch team aren’t working. Yet it says they reply “immediately”. BEYOND unhappy with this service, and I never leave bad reviews.”

“Ordered the framed memorial Star gift set. That was supposed to come with wooden stars and a feather. When the package arrived it was missing the feather and the stars. When I contacted them over a week ago they said they would send them in the post. As of yet they have not. When I try and ask them about it through the chat option on the website. The staff speak to you poorly. In short. Package delivered with missing items and staff fob you off with excuses”

“Really DISAPPOINTED!!! No gift was delivered to my friend till now!!! I’ve been contacting them via messages and hundreds of emails and no one is replying to me!!! I was checking with my friend since I placed my order on 1st of December, but nothing is showing up in her email. I paid for my gift and it was not sent !!! This is completely unprofessional! “I was really really disappointed with my gift it was for my daughters 21st birthday and it didn’t arrive until after a week of the guaranteed time scale and it is all bent and damaged I wouldn’t recommend buying this gift”

“Excellent service! The presentation pack was really impressive, lovely framed certificate and interesting information. Loved the two white feathers, which have a special meaning for the family. Would definitely use Star Listings again for that special person.”
