“I have been very happy with the level of service received. The area is easily accessible and well lit. The staff are helpful and courteous, the hot tea on cold days has been especially appreciated and the toilet is always clean and properly equipped.”

“I needed some storage for my household items due to moving house being delayed. Upon enquiry the staff were friendly and efficent. The price they quoted for the size of storage is very competitive, and the storage area is secure and accessable. I wanted to also comment on the fact that the staff went above and beyond for me. I needed help to re organise my storage unit and being there alone i was unable to lift the heavy household items to re organise them. I phoned up prior to going to my storage unit and asked if there was anyone to help me lift some heavy items. This is beyond the staffs remit, but they were so lovely and they helped me lift and move the items. They went above and beyond which i think is amazing. Thank you standbye storage for your amazing service, staff and very good prices for secure storage”

“The location for me is perfect, as it is 5 minutes from my work, I can go there after work, load up my sack trolley & take a couple of boxes from a house clearance back home to sort through at my leisure. Having 24 hour access is also very handy & there are washroom facilities on sight. Very impressed, most helpful staff. Would recommend to others.”

“Great service first found them when I was moving house they give you £1000 with a free insurance and there is no extras to get caught out by often asked if I'd like tea or coffee which is free I now going to unit there for my business stock staff at Horsham are great”

“I Used Standby self storage when I was moving house. Easy access 24/7 just put in the pin code they gave me to open the main gate then I could drive right up to my unit. Friendly staff even made me a coffee when I was there. Will defenately use them again. Thank You”
