Hi Jake, Unfortunately the pandemic and Brexit have caused delays in stock due to the UK. This however did not effect the date stated on your pre order which was that stock is estimated to arrive to the UK by the 15/03/21 which it is due to do within the stated timescale. If you are not happy to wait this long then please do let us know so we can cancel your pre order and allow someone else to order instead as we have a list of customers wanting the goods. “I bought some spacers for my vehicle, I believe I ordered the wrong kit (wrong wheel nuts), spoke to Nick via live chat about the mistake, he immediately sent me out the correct ones, and will refund me the difference when the wrong item gets returned, all done within 10 minutes. Even the original order came within 2 days. Really good service and will be using them again in the future.”
