“My stamp was really great but unfortunately I received a bigger one than I had order (I ordered 30 mm and the one I received was a bit bigger).”

Hello Thanks for your review. Customer service have replied to your message explaining the way our sizing of the impression and the mount works. The impression is 30mm and the mount has to be bigger to support it. Many thanks Stampit :)

“I am disappointed as the stamps on the advert are not what I received. I was expecting a shaped handle as displayed not just a small square block of wood. I have yet to try the stamp but presume it will be fine.”

“Summary: If you need a stamp quickly, use them, If you need quality, think again. As always, your mileage/experience may vary. I will start by saying their customer care team is GREAT but the quality of products needs refining. I ordered a 20mm Japanese-style Hanko Stamp. However, the rubber stamp was barely glued to the wooden handle. I had to use Superglue I had at home to ensure it wouldn't separate from the handle over time. I've ordered multiple stamps from Stampit in the past and each one had a quality issue that meant either a new stamp had to be sent to me or I requested a cancellation.”

“The stamp arrived quickly and is a good image. Sadly the rubber stamp has been glued into its housing off level, so it’s very difficult to print a straight image onto my packaging.”

“Bit disappointed. Great comms but didn’t get what I asked, twice. Firstly I ordered 2 x 4” x 4” vinyls. Received 1 x 4” x 4”. I then ordered 2 x 2” x 2” and received 4 x 2” x 2”, but with the writing on my logo printed backwards. Shame because it’s a great quality product, I’m just £40 lighter and still havent got what I ordered! Not to worry.”

“The round stamp was good, however, the large stamp was very misleading. When it arrived the print was very small and so was the stamp which appeared to be almost one centimetre or white border which was quite a waste of space”

“I haven’t seen the stamp yet. I received no email telling me it had been despatched and the. The courier failed to deliver it. I am told I will have it in a few days.”

“I ordered two Japanese style rubber stamps: 2 cm sq. Nice stamps. But I have found communicating with the company not so straightforward. Chat options dried up without questions being answered, though clarification by phone was a bit better. I really would like an embosser to use on my relief prints but my designs when uploaded lose corners (I think I want a square logo on an embosser which is round). I think I need the long reach heavy-duty embosser but it's not so easy to commit to a £180 purchase without clarity and my experience of previous enquiries has not been so good. Buying something I've never owned before is a bit of a leap of faith at such a price.”

“Poor experience dealing with this store. The live agent was very helpful in confirming production and delivery lead times (1 week) but customer support is poor. The reason for the latter relates to the fact that is very hard to reach them via telephone, and when I managed to do as such - my query was forgotten - had to reach them again the next day. Even though they've refunded my order in full, their excuse for not having the order ready, shipped and delivered was justified by their lead time, which wasn't a problem when I proceeded with the purchase.”

“Stamp itself is fine, however the actual stamp size was to small. Probably my own fault for asking for 38mm size and not bigger. As the QR code is not a scannable size. Think I would have to order a larger stamp for the QR to work properly.”
