Unfortunately, the stamps are not of good quality. I ordered 2 stamps and an embosser; the stamps are just okay, but the embosser doesn’t apply pressure evenly, tearing the paper on one side and leaving no mark on the other. Additionally, the material it’s made of leaves some kind of residue (dust) that’s hard to clean, especially noticeable on dark paper, which is what I needed it for. Also, the day after placing my order, I wanted to add another stamp to my purchase, but customer service told me it wasn’t possible since my order was supposed to be shipped that same day. Weeks went by, and it still hadn’t been shipped, and I was never given the option to add another item to my order. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing anything here again.

Service and delivery was good. However whilst very well made - the stamp was poor in creating the image / graphic / impression I wanted on my clay piece. The perspex material used in the stamp isn’t as good as metal stamps I’ve used before which was disappointing.

To be honest it was a little dissapointing, I can't make out what the design is on the stamp and it just stamps a black blob.

I struggled with the ordering system and kept having to repeat the whole process over and over......consequently on my final attempt I failed to indicate that I wanted a deep stamp. The one I received is shallow and sadly doesn't work for me. My fault ..... I ordered the wrong thing. I recommend that you want to make an impression in clay, you order a deep cut stamp.

We never received our stamp via the Royal Mail next day service. I rang your firm after 5 days and was told to wait for a few more days just incase; after 10 days I rang again and have requested a full refund which was dealt with.

First order was great so returned for a second order to replace my stamp pads. Sent the wrong stamps three times. Ended up getting a refund and bought from Amazon. Great customer service, however, as they were always online to raise issues with.

Very poor customer service. Sent email with mistakes in measurements. There was no subsequent apology. Their emails were confusing and they did not answer the questions I asked them properly. I sent them an image cropped to exactly 15cm x 10cm which was the size of the stamper I was paying for. The stamper image I received was almost 3cm smaller. They gave some explanation that I could not have had it the size I asked for but why not if it fitted into my cropped image of that size perfectly? Not impressed.

The image sent to us was 150mm x 126mm so was too big for the stamp chosen (150mm x 100mm), as discussed this was scaled down to fit your chosen stamp and approved by yourself for production. THIS IS THE SECOND STAMP ORDERED IN 6 MONTHS, FIRST ONE WENT ASTRAY FOR AGES, BUT WHEN DELIVERED IT WAS VERY HIGH QUALITY....SECOND STAMP WAS ORDERED THIS MONTH, WRONG STAMP ARRIVED! it's ok. stamp is nice enough but I ordered the StazOn ink for stamping on a plastic bag. Easily wipes off with a cloth. wouldn't buy again.

Our StazOn ink pads are suitable to be used on various non-porous surfaces such as glass, metal, acrylic, leather and plastic. As plastic is classed as a non-porous material, we recommend leaving the ink to dry for up to 5 minutes to ensure it does not smudge (this timing varies based on material used and humidity). Please note stamped images on non-porous surfaces may rub off if handled repeatedly. If you have any other queries, please don’t hesitate to ask. Kind regards Abbie
Stamp never stamped properly so alana promptly arranged for another to be sent only to not receive it, so called up alana to cancel order and was done so immediately, she was very nice lady just ashame about items

We can only apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Had an email through on 7th October saying my order has been shipped. Paid for 1st class priority delivery. The tracking still says the sender despatched the item on 7th but Royal Mail haven't picked it up yet (15th October today). I emailed their support but still haven't heard anything back after a couple of days. Wouldn't have paid for the delivery if I knew it would take so long anyway. I'm still unsure if I will ever receive the item or even hear anything from their customer service.

Though the product was good, it came many days late. We ordered next day service and it took about 5 days to arrive.

I ordered two things one a stamp which came on time two loyalty cards Which I should’ve got within two working days I did not get I had to always keep calling up Stampit for update.So I just cancelled waiting on a refund

Stamp arrived and rubber pad fell off immediately in my hand. I'll have to buy some super glue and try and stick it on myself. Very disappointing.
