“I haven’t seen the stamp yet. I received no email telling me it had been despatched and the. The courier failed to deliver it. I am told I will have it in a few days.”

We have checked the tracking and the last update from Royal Mail was 'return to sender' on the 9th May, although we have not received this returned package. “the stamp itself is ok but the stamp pad you suggested on your page is not big enough for the stamp”

To resolve this we can email you a returns label to return the ink pad and receive a refund for this item. “Really surprised with my order arriving with the acrylic dye offset from the handle. However, albeit the communication was above and beyond to have it replaced, the additional time required to do would not prove well for my curing soap. So with a little research, I used nail polish remover to separate both parts to re-glue. Worked a treat and cost less than sending it back in the post. It did however warp the acrylic just a little, but it still does the job.”
