“THIS IS THE SECOND STAMP ORDERED IN 6 MONTHS, FIRST ONE WENT ASTRAY FOR AGES, BUT WHEN DELIVERED IT WAS VERY HIGH QUALITY....SECOND STAMP WAS ORDERED THIS MONTH, WRONG STAMP ARRIVED! “Paid for express delivery but the stamp wasn't dispatched for almost a week - chased this with customer services who weren't particularly helpful. When the stamp finally arrived it was wrong and didn't match the design/instructions uploaded. Informed the customer service team about this mishap who again were not particularly bothered that the stamp was both late and incorrect. A new stamp was made and sent out but again this took quite a while, even though express shipping had been selected initially and that they had made the wrong stamp.”

As stated in our delivery time section on our website turnaround times for our rubber stamps is currently 4 days, therefore the delivery method timeframe does not begin until the product has left our warehouse.
