“Unprofessional, I haven't recieved my parcel and they send me an email asking for a review of a parcel I am still yet to receive. When ordering I was under the impression I would receive my parcel around the estimated delivery, and I thought that was only fair for the price I paid for their products. Its quite shambolic of me to even be writing a review for products I haven't even received and I don't know if I will even receive them at this point.”

We are struggling right now with Royal mail deliveries and is causing major delays for most companies not just ours. Your item was shipped on the 9th and tracking details are here https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/PM837228212GB We are sorry it has not yet arrived but it is due to royal maIL that the item has not yet arrived. “Ordered an item, was delivered late. When it arrived, it included incorrect items. When i was told it would be recitfied, no further contact. Emails/phone calls went unanswered. When i finally got hold of them, they were not helpful. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved, 2 months later. First rule of any business in this field is customer service. Doesn't fill me with confidence dealing with this company.”
