“A week after I put in my order I had an email asking for a review which I thought was very cheeky as my stamp had not yet arrived. I queried this and was sent an apologetic email saying that it should have arrived and another would be sent out that day. The replacement arrived the next and I am delighted with both the stamp and the speed of the replacement. The questions below are answered on the replacement and not the original order.”

“Product arrived and tag was as described. However there should have been 100 ft of twine and I received 26ft! Called and was told that they would send more Twine. Second lot received and still over 40 ft short. I think that someone needs to review their tape measures! Disappointing service.”

“Purchased a Paper Embosser (Ideal Seal) for £54.99 Rather disappointed with quality as the embossing plate is plastic, not metal. I’ve purchased a paper embosser from Alibaba.com for a quarter of the price and the embossing plate was metal which embossed much better.”
