“Had an email through on 7th October saying my order has been shipped. Paid for 1st class priority delivery. The tracking still says the sender despatched the item on 7th but Royal Mail haven't picked it up yet (15th October today). I emailed their support but still haven't heard anything back after a couple of days. Wouldn't have paid for the delivery if I knew it would take so long anyway. I'm still unsure if I will ever receive the item or even hear anything from their customer service.”
