“Ordered the delrin stamp (tougher material) for clay after having 3 different acrylic ones for stamping clay (different design changes, not the same stamp). I had an issue with the acrylic ones snapping - the perfect time to stamp clay cleanly can end up being too stiff for the stamp to cope with. So far with the delrin version I've not had an issue and the delicate details have remained intact. I also was initially sent the wrong depth of engraving and with quite sharp corners that left an imprint on the clay (both not an issue on the previous acrylic versions). I got in touch and the issue was immediately rectified, new stamp sent out in 2 days and the edges rounded by the tech team which removed the second issue. All in all, really pleased with the stamp quality and the customer service.”
