“Product arrived and tag was as described. However there should have been 100 ft of twine and I received 26ft! Called and was told that they would send more Twine. Second lot received and still over 40 ft short. I think that someone needs to review their tape measures! Disappointing service.”

“Happy with the detail on the stamp as I was unsure the lettering would be clear. A little disappointed with the overall workmanship. The stamp is off at an angle and this seems a bit sloppy to me (see image).”

“We like this company and we like the quality of the stamp. It was disappointing though that it says a kit but the ink pad is smaller than the stamp itself. It takes twice the time is supposed to take to stamp a bag!!”

“As a whole the service was great and very easy to use the website. I was very impressed and the prices were great. However, once the item arrived the stamp had not been cut correctly. This means when I use the stamp not only do I get an imprint of the stamp I get marks from the left Over rubber as it wasn’t cut close enough. I tried to fix this myself by cutting the left over rubber away, this was stupid on my behalf as I cut my hand doing so because I don’t have the correct tools to cut. If the stamp had been cut correctly it would of been a great buy as the quality of the print of my design was great.”

“The stamp was lovely, service not so great. Took a long time to dispatch, I ended up chasing it up after a week when I'd heard nothing from them. It was then dispatched the next day but with no explanation.”

“The product turned out great, I am very pleased with my stamp. However I found the website, particularly when designing the stamp, was poor. I encountered some issues, and though I emailed several times and received replies...it took almost two weeks and several prompts to sort it out. I could not print my stamp before ordering it, and though I asked the question "how" with every email (there were many!) they never actually answered my question. I found the customer service frustrating. Again, product was still quite satisfactory in the end, just wish it had been a smoother process.”

“This is my second order from Stampit and sadly my experience has not been as good as the first time placing an order. I ordered an embosser which took much longer to receive and upon receiving it I realised that the plate was crooked and did not make a big enough impression on the thin card. I had emailed Stampit almost a month ago with pictures of the issue and despite chasing them up twice I have yet to hear back. very dissapointed with this service and quality of the product this time around.”

“It seems good quality. I couldn’t try it yet because I haven’t got ink and it doesn’t come with (could be a good idea if it would do that). I purchased the 2cm diameter one and it is quite small having in mind that the stamp surface itself is not 2cm but a few millimeters less. The smallest letters of my logo are kind of illegible. It would be great have received an email or something advising to get a bigger one. Good packaging and good customer service tho!”

“Wonderful customer service and helpful staff. Absolutely would have been five stars were it not for the fact that the embossing stamp I ordered arrived merely placed in a box with no packaging to prevent damage in transit (see attached photo). The stamp itself seems to be good quality apart from a small raised portion of the plastic dye which leaves an imprint outside the design (see 2nd photo).”

Hi Relton Very sorry we had a member of staff that was not trained to use the printers for a couple of days. Let me know if the new sample I have printed for you this evening is better. and we will ship the rest to you. Quality is normally like the one I am sending and to a high standard. Very sorry, few people are covering jobs they normally do not do. The stickers should be with you in a couple of days.
