“having ordered a stamp to mark a golf ball with my husbands initials. i had to pay £12.99 postage becuse i wanted it quickly which made the total bill of £38.00!! the stamp doesn't work at all well and one letter is always missing. very poor and a waste of money”

“I know english is my second language but I left very simple instructions of size and when arrive is not what I was expecting. Is huge!!!! I ask 6 mm not 2 cm and is the negative of what I want. Very affordable but is not what I want.”

“I bought a golf ball stamp kit. I expected it to take account of the shape of the ball but it was a standard two letter stamp and a pad of ink. I paid £12 to get it next day, £30 in all. Poor value and poor quality item.”

“I ordered 2 stamps with different texts and different colours. I received 1 stamp with both texts on it. The order was correct but they processed it wrong. It took quite a few messages before customer service understood the issue. Once they did, they were really fast in sending me 2 new stamps with the correct texts. Unfortunately, they are both in the same colour. I decided to not complain about the colours....”

“Purchased 2 stamps one was faulty, it was lopsided, rough and dirty (see photo) requested refund and have heard nothing from them for over a week now. Still no refund and no response to several emails. Pretty poor customer service and a shame as the stamp that was ok I was really pleased with and had intended to order more but not now. I'll take my custom elsewhere”

“The wax stamp is made of a hard plastic rather than brass as appears in the picture, but it seems functional, but not sure for how long. After receiving it seems expensive for what it is.”

We mount these with engraved delrin to ensure a high quality finish and speeds up manufacturing times and cost compared to brass engraved seals. To get the best out of your wax seal please ensure that text is not to small and images/logos are of high quality. If you want us to check the design first please click the chat button below or email us hello@stampit.co.uk We do specify they are delrin and also sell proper Brass engraved ones also https://www.stampit.co.uk/premium-wax-seal-38mm.html They start from £79.99 so a bit more money but engraved into brass. We know some customers want a budget friendly version and that is why we give customers are a cheaper version. We have sold them for 5 years and had positive feedback from them. Many Thanks Daniel

“The stamp arrived quickly and was of good quality. However the 28ml bottles were used up on 30 boxes. To replace each bottle will cost £5.30. This makes the stamps 3x more expensive than getting stickers printed. When we purchased the stamp and pad it wasn't clear how expensive the ink was. I've searched the website and it doesn't seem possible to get the ink in larger quantities at a reduced price. Because of the cost of the ink this product is just not viable. We run a busy take away and we thought we would chose the most environmentally responsible choice but it means our profit margins have dropped”

“Website wasn't clear about speed of shipping. Free shipping was automatically selected and the page design didn't make the need to select faster delivery or what speed the shipping was. As a result, item didn't arrive in time for event rendering it useless. Wish we'd gone with the competition”

Hi Robert You ordered your stamp on 6th and 9.25pm that was a Friday, we shipped the item on Monday via 1st class post. Any other company you would have chosen would have shipped the same time if not later. ( as most of them use 2nd class post instead of 1st class like us) We had a next day delivery option that you did not choose. I am sorry it did not arrive on time but feel your review is unfair as it clearly states delivery options on checkout. You would have the same or much slower delivery speed with any other company. Further to this, we have literally of thousands of reviews praising our high-speed delivery against our competitors.
