“This is the 4th stamp in a row that has not been made to the spec signed off by us. Since stampit was brought out quality and speed of service have both drastically diminished! Very very disappointing. What was a great company has been killed in the take over.”

I understand from speaking to our customer service team you were not receiving our emails and that our customer team called you today to explain to you how to attach the embosser plates to the machine. They come separately in the box as it is a long reach embosser so it means when it is shipped it will not be damaged in transit.
