“I ordered two Japanese style rubber stamps: 2 cm sq. Nice stamps. But I have found communicating with the company not so straightforward. Chat options dried up without questions being answered, though clarification by phone was a bit better. I really would like an embosser to use on my relief prints but my designs when uploaded lose corners (I think I want a square logo on an embosser which is round). I think I need the long reach heavy-duty embosser but it's not so easy to commit to a £180 purchase without clarity and my experience of previous enquiries has not been so good. Buying something I've never owned before is a bit of a leap of faith at such a price.”

“Bought an embosser a month ago, still haven't received my order yet. If I could give it less than 1 star I would, have sent numerous emails to chase them, keep getting told that it's being sent out on this day or this day...but it never does, think I'm just being told lies at this point? Been told that their system was down so gave them the benefit of the doubt, (order was placed before it went down) but here I am still waiting patiently, wish I'd gone elsewhere as they've wasted a lot of my time. I had high hopes and was very excited for my order, but now that's gone and I wouldn't recommend it. Can't comment on the actual product however as I still don't have it.”

Worth mentioning too is that after they first sent the wrong style of embosser, this was then resolved SO cheerfully and a replacement sent impressively quickly. “I chose this company because they promised and advertised pre-Christmas delivery. It arrived a month late. I was sent confirmation it had been dispatched (this was apparently sent in error). I was only advised it would be late when I chased the order myself. No effort was made to contact me to allow me to cancel. The above would be forgiven if the quality was good. If you press the clamps together lightly it leaves half an impression and if you apply any more pressure it rips the paper. It doesn't matter how careful you are. The stamp pads are plastic and sharp. So disappointed, especially as it was meant to be a special gift. Would not recommend at all.”

“I don’t know I haven’t received my order even though it was sent a week ago. Checked the tracking on Royal Mail and states they haven’t received the parcel from stampit. Emailed this morning and was told the system was down and they would get back to me and no one has got back to me this afternoon.”

“I haven't received my order! I haven't received my order. Although I received confirmation of my order being shipped, Royal Mail is still waiting for the item from Stampit. I don't think they posted or even made the product. Terrible experience! I emailed days ago, and they only sent an automatic reply saying, "system is currently down" Now they don't answer phone calls. Poor customer service. I'm waiting for an answer to my cancellation email from a real human being.”
