“I ordered a personalized stamp for my Hubby's birthday as a surprise, for him to use on the back of his Art pieces. It arrived very quickly after the easy ordering process. I was so pleased with it as it is beautifully made and finished with a lovely varnished handle. My Hubby was over the Moon with it and it made the gift special. Thank you. Highly recommend.”

“Very easy to use website and upload image. Received stamp quicker than expected. Good quality stamp although, and this is my fault, using the 20mm stamp I found the lettering too small to read, I should have gone for a bigger stamp or used capital letters.”

“Stamp itself is fine, however the actual stamp size was to small. Probably my own fault for asking for 38mm size and not bigger. As the QR code is not a scannable size. Think I would have to order a larger stamp for the QR to work properly.”

“I gave my custom to Stampit and regrettably so. On the 8th July I placed an order for an embossing tool and 100 embossing wafers. As of 28th July (today) I still have not received the embossing wafer segment of my order. That's almost 3 weeks. I have been charged though. I contacted Stampit via email on the 25th July to enquire as to where the missing part of my order was. They didn't bother to reply. On the 27th July, I actually contacted Stampit by phone at 9am. I was informed that the embossing wafers I had ordered (and been charged for) were actually out of stock and so Stampit had to ask their supplier to send them to me. I was apparently to be told of this via the invoice that was apparently sent to me with my embossing tool. Just one issue -- I was never given an invoice with the one part of my order which did arrive. I was told by the Stampit staff member on the phone that he would follow up my issue and contact the supplier about my missing order and get back to me -- either via phone or email. I waited all day -- no reply. If the item I ordered was out of stock, this information should have been presented on the website at the point of ordering. It wasn't. And unbeknown to me, payment was taken from me for an item that wasn't available at the time. I do not believe this was proper conduct -- it placed me, the paying customer, in a position of waiting on an item which wasn't physically available and which Stampit were trying to make available to me via their supplier. I am still at the moment of writing this review without my the item I have paid for -- and no-one, prior to my email being ignored and my contacting them via telephone, bothered to inform me of this underlying issue. I would urge anyone contemplating placing an order to seriously reconsider. My experience has been incredibly disappointing.”
