“Customised stamp arrived quickly and is of good quality. However the ink we ordered is being delivered in a second package and has yet to arrive after 10 days which is very inconvenient.”

“Great turnaround time, decent value, only disappointment being that the rubber stamp is not stuck to the block square, making it difficult to produce a level stamp, which is important to us.”

“For the price point it represents a decent value for money product, but the embossing head looks like it's machined from a nylon type plastic, and as a result did not produce a suitably deep enough embossed impression on the high quality photographic paper, and similar good quality papers I routinely use that are weighted at 270gsm and above - but it will produce a lightly definable impression on these papers nevertheless. On standard writing and copier paper it works fine, but I very rarely use these sort of papers.”

“All good with my stamp! I loved that there was no plastic packaging :) I'm not giving you 5 stars because you sent it to the wrong address, you sent it to my billing address instead of sending it to my shipping address. But it's ok, it took my some extra days but I got it. Thank you”

“It's a really nice stamp but I was very disappointed that the listing clearly mentioned comes \n" beautifully packaged" and it was just thrown into a box with just a tag on it. The item photos show a small bag so I assumed it would come with the stamp. The stamp also had a cheap logo sticker stuck on the top when the photos show a more permanent print on the top of the stamp. Much too expensive for a stamp that feels incomplete and requires me to still find something to put it into to give as a gift. Perhaps a small ink pad would be a nice addition and would make the price more reasonable.”

“Arrived quickly but stamps weren't as I thought. The clear stamps are only clear around the edges rather than the moulding themselves. Not worth the extra they cost compared to the regular wooden block stamps.”

“The business of ordering a tailor made stamp is not the easiest on your website: its complicated where it doesnt need to be. My stamp was not cheap either, considering how few words (22) I wanted there to be on the stamp. It works well -so it should for nearly £30!”

“Although the shop owner did try to assist in some of the design font size) it doesn't look as I hoped. Until receiving the product, you can't really know how it will look. I wish a little more direction in terms of the look was given as a kind gesture. The social links are way to small and just looks "off". Quality of the materials are great though.”

“The product is perfect and is exactly what i needed. well made and looks great. I wasn't so impressed by the communication aspect. i waited the 1-3 business days in which i was told my order would be ready. As that time passed I hadn't had a proof sent to me or an acknowledgement of my order. The weather was severe so I definitely wasn't expecting it to be posted etc however they did not respond to my messages which made me nervous as I began to think I was getting scammed. I eventually found an email address and contacted them through this. An behold I finally got a response on Etsy. 6 days after ordering. told they couldn't get into the workshop, But I would hope they'd still have a way to respond to customers. I have the business app on my phone for my shop for example. Just a bit ridiculous. thats why I gave them 3 stars”

“I looked at several stamp stores before settling on this one due to reviews and the store owner's personal write-up regarding her pride in the product. The stamp works fine, however, Additionally, the stamp arrived with a crack in the acrylic. When I contacted the store owner about this, she only asked if the stamp still worked. It does, but again, for the price, it would be nice to have a stamp that is not cracked.”

“Was disappointed with the delivery. I could not change the delivery address online and added it to the comment box, I also had an online conversation with stampit who assured me it would be delivered to the correct address and it wasn't. Not very impressed.”
