Overall I was disappointed by the quality. The actual stamp was good but it was stuck to a bit of wood with foam making it very difficult to get an accurate stamp as the foam curls down at one end (see pictures attached). I did not have time to order a new stamp for an anniversary present and so was left with a less than perfect result. Pretty disappointed really.

Not really happy with the product received. During the purchase a picture was shown of the item we were expecting. Then confirmation of purchase sent by email did not show the picture of the real item that will be sent. In the end we have a stamp we did want... wooden one... wish to have the normal stamp you advertise on your website

The order process was good but my order didn’t get processed after I paid by Bacs. I called the office after nearly 3 weeks and they reacted fast with my stamp however, they promised to send me an ink pad as a ‘sorry’ token. This didn’t arrive!

I ordered a custom stamp over a week ago, and it has not yet arrived. I emailed the company to enquire about the status of my order three days ago, and have received no reply. Despite this, they have emailed me asking for a review. So, the best I can offer is that if you’re thinking of ordering from them, please be aware that they’re slow, but will ask more of you than they expect of themselves when it comes to communication.

Hi Alex I am sorry you have bot received your stamp and thank you also for your review on your experience.Looking into your order and messages I see you sent us an email on Friday at 10 past 5 on Friday and would not have been able to reply to you as we are closed over the weekend. I also checked tracking information and it states https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/3204738170000A56E1EBE your item was delivered on the 3/4/2019 We pride our self on our fast service and good communication with our customers as per our 1800 + 5 Star reviews on speed and quality and are always happy to help resolve a problem if one happens. We also expect the same from our customers to give us a reasonable chance of putting things right if there is a problem, but there is little we can do at 10 past 5 on a Friday. Please get in touch with us so we can help resolve this for you.
The stamp is great and the service quick. But, there is no cover(top) for the stamp. That would make it much easier to store so it doesn’t get damaged.

In terms of a cover for your rubber stamp, there is no need for one. The rubber will not damage as it is engineered with a 10-year lifespan. I was advised to buy a rubber stamp for wax sealing. But it turns out it's not working for the wax seal. Then I asked for help and they provided another rubber stamp which would work for me... BUT still, it wasn't working... I am disappointed with that purchase. p.s.: other than that everything was easy and fast.

The design tool on the website is not very good, there aren't many fonts to choose from and not many options such as making only part of the text in bold or italic - it has to be all of it. I wasn't happy with the design limitations on the website so I wanted instead to upload a picture of my own design which was an option from a fall out menu on the site, but after choosing that option, there wasn't an upload link anywhere to be seen. So I emailed about this issue, but the employee at Stampit would take days to reply to each of the emails I sent. Finally I called them up and the person on the phone was very helpful, she said she would sort out the design for me. I ordered and paid for the stamp but then she must've handed it over to someone else, because I didn't hear anything for 11 days, not even an order confirmation, which was worrying since I had now paid for the product. I then emailed again and it went back to the employee who took days to respond and asked questions about the design that I had already worked out with the helpful person when I ordered the product. Then finally the stamp showed up in the post, without any sort of notification about 20 days after I the first email. I'm very happy with the product but the process of getting there was slow and frustrating.

We did struggle a little with your artwork and I do apologise for the long delays experienced as the images downloaded where just coming up blank. We are glad you like the stamp and sorry the stamp designer at the moment is lacking some features. As a small family business when the site was created we had limited budget. That said we have heavily invested in a new website with a more advanced and dynamic stamp designer. Our new website is due to launch next week. Stamp pad is smaller than the stamp, plus it was very dry and contain not much inch. I had to buy the right size stamp pad. the stamp it's self looked okay

I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I needed this stamp for a project that had a deadline in mind, so I asked several shops for quotes. This shop responded the fastest so I believed their service would be prompt, but after money was exchanged they practically vanished.\nFirst I asked that I see a proof before delivery, never received. I was ignored when I inquired about shipping confirmation (waiting at least a day or so a week AFTER scheduled delivery to send follow up messages). Didn't receive a response until I asked for a refund. Had to wait another week to get the tracking number. Shop claimed they expedited my shipping but I so no evidence of that on shipping label.\nStamp arrived a week after project completed, and too big. Only gave stars at all because the stamp itself works.\n\n

I’m sad to say that I am disappointed by the service I received for this item.\nWhen it arrived it had been made incorrectly, not with the design advertised.\nSarah apologised that a new worker had joined their team and said that she would send out a new stamp with the correct design.\nAround 3 weeks later I had yet to receive this, so contacted Sarah again. She agreed to send it out again as it should have arrived with me by that point.\nShe also agreed to give me a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, due to the inconvenience caused, yet weeks later I haven’t received this and have been ignored when I have tried to follow this up. \nAs a new business I wanted to launch prepared and having these issues compromised the quality i was able to provide.\nI HATE to give a negative review, but really feel let down by a service I trusted.

I ordered my custom stamp from here, but after a week passed I hadn't received anything. I made contact with the company who were very helpful and apologetic. I then waited another one week. I then sent a chaser email requesting an update. I was told the order had been despatched, but the postage stamp shows differently. When it finally arrived, the ink pad I ordered at the same time as the stamp wasn't included. Maybe I was unlucky. I'm happy with the end result of the stamp, but just a little disappointed with the service.

We hugely Apologise for the delay on your custom stamp. We did have to redraw your artwork on more than one occasion and also spent a huge amount of time, getting the fonts correct and making sure the stamp was perfect before posting. We price ourselves on the quality of our stamps and on occasion we do need more time to ensure this. However we do appreciate it took longer than usual. We have refunded the cost of your Ink Pad and also sent you one free of charge as an apology.
The personalised writing was so small it was barely legible

Didn't get delivered to me. The seller did speak to me about this but I think they were hoping for the best but should have just told me the worst case scenario so I could decide.\n\nOriginally the items should have been despatched within one working day. I was told they would get to me by the end of the week (Friday- 4 working days) but was emailed on the following Monday saying they still didn't have them. If I had of known on the Friday, I could have placed a separate order to replace the items.\n\nThe feel that the seller could have been more realistic/honest whilst contacting me about what was happening.
