Hi Michael, I'm sorry for the confusion, the bug on our system meant customers were receiving an email to say their order had been shipped as soon as it was placed. We can only apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. However, your order has not been cancelled, our customer service team has pushed your order forward, it is currently in production and should be sent out on Friday/Monday at the latest. “Poor experience dealing with this store. The live agent was very helpful in confirming production and delivery lead times (1 week) but customer support is poor. The reason for the latter relates to the fact that is very hard to reach them via telephone, and when I managed to do as such - my query was forgotten - had to reach them again the next day. Even though they've refunded my order in full, their excuse for not having the order ready, shipped and delivered was justified by their lead time, which wasn't a problem when I proceeded with the purchase.”

“Ordered a stamp 3+ weeks ago & paid for 1st class tracked. I then got an email the day after to say it has been shipped, but 4 days after this email, I contacted them to chase up its ETA, which I was informed that it “was dispatched yesterday morning”. 4 days later the tracking site with Royal Mail said that they still hadn’t received it, so I chased up customer service at Stampit again where they said that it was supposed to be posted the day before and tried to blame it on the Royal Mail strikes!?! Clearly hadn’t read the email chain and lied to me!! Still haven’t received the stamp, wish I ordered it from elsewhere. Appalling and disappointing customer service.”
