“The backpack I purchased was sturdy,attractive and well made. unfortunately not big enough to hold my daughters laptop on laptop pouch. If the main zip were just an inch longer, that would make things much more accessible in the backpack. Really disappointed that I ended up returning it! Will in returns was excellent, helpful and incredibly professional when I had trouble getting a QR code for return. We have several stackers products which are perfect so will definitely purchase again”
