“Sent the item back the next day due to the bag being too bulky for the purpose I needed. However it was over a month later that I finally got my refund! Customer service took days getting back to be each time I contacted them and would not entertain expediting anything for me”

“I have bought various layers of Stackers for my daughter's jewelry collection over the years and this new box also does the trick. Her jewelry lools amazing in it and it's a beautiful, elegant sage colour. She's very happy with it and loves the sunglasses layer too.”

“Love my new back pack! A little problem with the order and initial delivery (not Stackers fault) but Hanna in customer services was very helpful, got everything resolved and kept me updated. The hand written apology and little surprise to compensate for the delay was a lovely gesture. I already have the Stackers jewellery trays too, and find Stackers products are very well made with a luxurious look and feel to them.”

“Very pleased with my Stackers drawers & looking forward to adding more in the future. One of my drawers did arrive slightly damaged but I sent a photo to customer service & they couldn't have been more helpful. They immediately sent me a replacement & didn't even make me go through the hassle of sending the damaged one back. Very impressed.”
