“Received the order very quick however had to return it due to it not fitting, it was returned in December 2020 and its September and I still haven't received a refund although I keep receiving emails saying we are processing your refund, no response from customer service, so overall a bad service.”

I have also gone ahead and sent you the refund details, including date/time and confirmation reference number of the refund transaction details for you convenience.
