“The worst expirence I've ever hac buying tyres. Booked online paid in advance booked fitting time. Arrived no one at front desk went round to the fitting bay 3 guys in there didn't want to speak to me, then one did & said he knew nothing about it & to come back 3 hours later when manger there. Made a phone went back in still totally unhelpful, had to wait another 15 mins for the manager who then got the tyres fitted. Booked tracking & it's not available at that site, had to wait until the Monday for that to be refunded. Never will I use this company again”

“We bought two new tyres with a groupon deal. My husband went at the time of our appointment, and was done about 15 minutes later. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend 'Speedys'.”

“Online stock list was a work of fiction. Chosen tyres, shown as in stock, weren't - yet still showed as in stock a week later. Wrong alternatives delivered to Aston outlet - right size but inferior efficiency rating and noise levels. As I'd already paid - it was an online purchase - it would be a hassle to get a refund so supplied tyres were fitted. Shocked to realise new valves were not fitted. Speedy's must be the only tyre fitters in the UK to pull this trick. Absolutely disgusted. ill never use Speedy's again.”

“We brought a car service on groupon, rang to book and they accommodated us on a Saturday , I ordered tyres online at a different time and had them delivered there too and informed them and they kindly tied the service and tyre fitting in together. The mechanic rang us to inform us of two problems found but didn't push us when I explained we had a regular mechanic he just left the paperwork in the car and verbally explained to us what was needed to be done and that the mechanic would know what to do when he read it. All in all it was excellent service and I have recommended them to a couple of friends. Speedys mechanic was really helpful to us and a couple of other people that were in there at the same time, he was a credit to your company”

“User friendly website, however didn't receive an email confirmation after purchase and reminder email for appointment. However I rang on the morning and the helpful staff were friendly and confirmed all ok!! Good lads at the Leicester branch were helpful, quick and efficient!!”

“When I booked my car in they gave me a time and when I got there within my time slot the job was done my wife found the staff to be very helpful since she left all the paperwork at home the just looked us up and got it sorted and I will be going back again for my next set of wheels ,nice staff and very good prices”

“I went to speedy wheels Walsall west midlands. They fitted my tyres on my car. Time I git hone which is 6miles away they was both flat. They didn't replace the valves. Which you get that as standard when buying and fitting new tyres. Lucky the tyres wasn't damage after that 3mile drive on the motorway. Had no apology just I get to you in a hour as we busy. Which is not good consider I've just spent 100pound on tyres and they messed up by cutting conners.So won't be going there”

“AVOID AT ALL COST, Upon getting a refurbished it was apparent I needed a new tyre which I agreed to get replaced. I noticed a tear in the side wall to what I was told was fine as passed pressure test, A month later having MOT at the same place it failed on the tyre for the tear I mentioned to then previously, It also failed on a coil spring £130 a pair when takentering to another garage I was told there is nothing wrong with the coil springs. Very appaled at the service currently complaining with no response. Customer service shocking and so unprofessional”

“Great service, Got the tyres, I wanted, prepaid on line, booked a convenient appointment, found everything waiting for me and enjoyed a quiet read in the lounge while the techy guy fitted and balanced my tyres. A trouble free and "Speedy" experience. Thank you Speedy. :-)”

“wheel arrived 12 days later than told. when it arrived it was scratched and out of balance. No responsibility accepted for damage and an insulting token offer that did not even cover cost if wheel ballance.”

“you've caught me on a bad day, I've just paid out £15:00 to have the Wheels I had Powder coated and the tires I bought of Speedy Re balanced, because I had such a bad speed wobble I was Worried it would damage my vehicle, add that to the shoddy poor service, I received with comments such as "can you wait an hour" that was when I went to retrieve my overdue wheels and tires, plus the fact that I was pestered at home by telephone, with the sales person pushing me to have extra's such as the coloured protective rims, at anther £140:00, Not I will add the Extremely polite sales Lads fault, he was just doing what he was told to do, but all in all I would not recommend Speedy to any of my family or friends, far to shody...”
