Ordered on website for premium tyres. Website said in stock. Paid and ordered them. Then got called to say they were not in stock.
Agree for mid range tyres now. They said they would refund the difference in price.
Turn up at my appointment time. Tyres were not at the shop. Had to wait over an hour for the delivery.
Never refunded the difference for the change of tyres.
Awful service.

I called the original branch but could not get through and so finally my partner called the head office number and insisted on and got a refund for the wheel alignment that was not undertaken.

Had to cancel the tyres as my car had broken down, tried to call no answer was left holding on the phone for 15 mins each time i tried to call.
E-mailed them to inform them that i wish to cancel and that I was unable to get through. I received a call and was advised that a refund would be in my bank in a few days.
I have not received the refund as of today.
Amazingly bad service.

Ordered 2 tyres, thought it would take 2 days to come, took 6 days, on-the-go 5th day got an email saying order was complete, phoned them explained what happened, they aid they would investigate and get back to me, about 30 minutes later got another email with a tracking number, no explanation, didn't know whether they thought I'd had the tyres or not, tried phoning again never got any answer at all, so emailed them explaining everything, telling if they wasn't delivered by the end of that day I wanted a full refund, within about 5 minutes the managers was phoning me apologising for everything, there was amid up with my delivery and they had been reordered and gave me his email address to let him know when they arrived,so he could give me some discount for my trouble, I've emailed him twice no response, so buyer beware.
