Having not used before I wouldn't go back again. Tyres a good price but also paid extra to have the tracking/wheel alignment done. It wasn't done properly and the steering wheel wasn't set straight so it sits off at an angel when driving... very off putting. Will return to my main dealer.

Good online deals only let down by communication between themselves and fitting outlet and then customer. Booked fitting for 10am at Birmingham/Newtown outlet arrived to be told tyres hadn't been delivered, did offer alternative from stock but not as good as ordered, left contact number to rearrange fitting once tyres arrived but end up phoning them 4 hour's later , to be told" oh, yes there here , come in anytime". Would use again for price but use different outlet and phone before leaving to ensure no hassle, courtesy costs nothing!!!!!!!!!

Took 3 hours to change 4 tyres. I was told there would be an hour delay which is understandable as they were busy. Left to discover missing caps from wheel nuts! Not the best service.

Disappointed that: a) Car was jacked up incorrectly - BMW require jack adapters which were not used potentially ruined the jack points. B) Impact wrench used to loosen and tighten all lugs including the security lug. Risked damaged the security one. C) Impact wrench was used to tighten. THEN torque wrench was used to check torque which obviously clicked. Went home and redid all lug nuts as they were massively over spec to the point I had to get a breaker bar out. D) Tyre pressures were uneven. Minor quibbles: A) Had to drive the car up the tight ramp through the garage myself. Seems a bit risky. B) Tyre pressure system wasn't reset. Good points: A) Tyre appears to be sealed correctly though going to recheck again. B) One of the staff knew the torque setting which was useful when I went home.

Tyre price was very competitive and fitting quick and easy. However offer re tracking was not good as there is no tracking at one branch and their recommended branch could not complete task as their machine broken and unavailable for over a month but still offered on web site?!?

I ordered a pair of Davanti 205/55/R16 wheels online - quick and easy to order. Wheels were delivered within 2 days and I got them fitted within 30mins at Speedys Leicester on Saturday lunchtime. Great, quick turnaround and the staff & manager are helpful. They also checked my tracking for free :) Definitely recommended!

great price online £31.54 but had to pay £10 to have the rims cleaned ??and if you what your wheels swaping over it`s £5 per wheel.

This company is dodgy and one visit to a branch will convince you of it. It is run in a very amateurish way, although the onsite staff are friendly, well the one person who spoke at any rate. My issue is that the website said that they were selling 'B' rated tyres with 68dB of volume. The price was very good, although I did not know the brand, and so i proceeded with purchasing the tyres. I could have purchased the usual tyre I go for but as this was higher rated for only slightly more I thought it was worth giving it a shot. However, after fitting (which was delayed despite me booking) I was driving around waiting for the tyres to bed in and get a few miles under their belt. Within a week I did some research on the brand and found out that the labelling was incorrect and in fact these tyres were rated C and 72dB. I contacted the company via email and their contact Usman asked for relevant information. All he wanted was the correct information to update the website, he did this very promptly, and then tried to ignore me, claiming he couldn't find these tyres in his warehouse to check the label himself. This is despite me ordering the tyres and having them fitted within 36 hours of order. It is only once I threatened to pursue this matter further that I got a response telling me not to waste their time. This kind of attitude makes me think the following: > Do not trust their website > If you can't trust them - would you want them fitting tyres on your rims and car? (I have had mine checked) > They are not interested in trying to resolve problems, just cover themselves. > There is no post purchase customer service and this is the mark of good company. I hope this is helpful to others.

I booked and paid online for a new tyre and to have it fitted and balanced at 11am. The tyre I purchased online said it had 99 in stock yet when I arrived I was told they didn't have any. It was also about a 30 minute wait until the different tyre was started to be fitted. This was done just at the entrance to the workshop and no balancing of the tyre was done. Poor service and won't be using again. Felt like they just wanted rid of me as quick as possible once the process was eventually started (even though it was about 30 minutes later than the booked time)
