“"I paid for 2 tyres to be fitted on my wife's car, whilst my wife was driving the car in Portsmouth she noticed that the car was behaving strangly from the rear (where the new tyres were fitted) and that one of the tyres was deflating, as she could not stop where she was she drove on to a local reputable tyre dealer. On inspection he discovered the tyre had been leaking from the valve, and was totally ruined, meaning this new tyre had to be replaced, even worse he stated that the new tyre had NOT been fitted with a new valve!! even more the balance weights were a mix of new and old meaning the old weights had NOT been removed, this fitter was so concerned that he checked the other new tyre, he proceeded to replace both free of charge, however this could have been so much worse had the valve given way on the motorway whilst driving down to Portsmouth.We will be seeking an explanation as to why the valve \/ weight had not been replaced. Now the positives, Speedies responded when they said they would, they reviewed operating procedures and practice, Usman was very quick in sorting this and arranging for the cost of the new tyre to be reimbursed. Mistakes do happen but it is how they are responded to that counts, hence the much improved rating.”

“The tyres were supplied and fitted at the time given as ordered on the website. However the next day I checked the pressures and found they were 3.8 bar instead of the2.2 bar specified by BMW. No one asked me about the required pressures and this could have been dangerous.”

“Apart from the fact that tyres I ordered online were delivered to the wrong depot everything else was fine. The manager did everything he could to locate the tyres and managed to get them to the right place within an hour so my wait wasn't too long.”

“Found the tyres I wanted and the right price. Delivered on time and only issue was the tyres were market as D.G. wasn't made aware of this but still happy with product. Good job.”

“Purchase of the tyres was quick and easy to do online. The process at the garage was quick to be completed. However online you are asked to choose a preferred fitting time, that apparently doesn't mean anything, as it appears to be a first come first serve system at the garage - if this is the case then it should be explained on the website and should not ask you to choose a time. We got there at our chosen time and then had to wait 25 minutes before we were seen. Just seems a little pointless really.”
