“Having decided to update the business property website, i was really impressed with the design templates, relevant information, image motion and ease of use of the Southcourt Property websites. Easy to navigate as a customer (which has really impressed me) and with a number of further information menus added (that i have found invaluable when assessing prospective tenants), it provides the facility to take all the information in one go without the need for further "interrogation". The properties are presented magnificently with plenty of visual movement and it makes the whole process of dealing with the agent much more enjoyable and simple. It's all about the property thereafter but as the website is the shop-front, we have just opened up head-office. Thank you to all at Southcourt Properties for making the whole process very easy and with nothing too much trouble at any time. I would not hesitate to recommend the services.”

“For me, The Southcourt package is a 'business in a box', and that's clearly helped by the fact that they are actually 'doing' the real estate business, unlike many of the others out there. This package has enabled me to set up my business from scratch, in a short space of time, with support when I've needed it. The website is modern and interactive, the manual is easy to use and all for a few hundred pounds. You can use their free agency software or link to their partner 10ninety for cloud software. Bargain I'd say. I'm ARLA and NAEA licenced and can only say, if you are thinking of setting up any kind of estate agency, I'd seriously consider Southcourt as one of your business partners.”

“I'm on an excellent run on opening my own estate agents. Having worked for an estate agent previously I knew serting up my own will not be as easy as working for one. I had a few options when it came to the idea of opening one; either just go as a rookey with the little experience and asking friends who are in the trade. This idea failed as no one wants to be a Good Samaritan these days. Lol My other option was either to go as a franchise and gamble on high purchase but I know others failed. Being cautious as I am I decided to go on a search and guess what? When I read Southcourt Property Services online advert I could not find anyone else that could offer so much information. Next stage I contacted some customers who made testimonials and had really good feedback. That was it for me as the cost for the service made sense so I went for the full business package and till now I've got to say it's all worth it.”
