“This was my first ever visit for ear wax removal by other than a water based process (at my local Orchard surgery). I was seen by Patricia Asante. She was superb. She explained everything very clearly, was patient and unhurried, and I felt totally relaxed throughout the entire session. I shall certainly return in 6 months for the free wax build up check, and the entire process from booking onwards was a very positive experience. Thank you.”

“I had a problem with a build up of wax in my ears. I was unable to obtain an appointment at my G.P's surgery, the first available appointment was in five weeks time. I decided to try South East Hearing Care Centre in Horsham and was offered an appointment within four working days, which I accepted. I was a little apprehensive about the Microsuction technique, as I had not experienced this before. Rob the audiologiest was very kind and explained the procedure and put me at ease and the procedure went very well. I found Rob and the receptionist from welcoming. Thank you for restoring my hearing and I shall certainly recommend your services.”
