“After a short telephone consultation, I was given an appointment a few days later at South East Hearing Care Centre. On arrival I was met by Karen, who went through a brief Covid questionnaire and gave me a face mask and hand gel to use. Rob, who carried out the microsuction, explained every step of the procedure and showed me before and after images of my ear canal. The procedure was painless and uncomplicated, and I am very pleased to be able to hear properly again. Thank you Karen and Rob, I will return in the future when I have problems with excess ear wax. I can't recommend the centre highly enough, friendly and efficient service. Les Baker.”

“I had my second visit today (last one was 3 years ago) for micro suction of both ears. Every aspect of the procedure was explained clearly to me by Rob and he uses the most up to date technology. The whole procedure was quick and painless. All in all a very professional and friendly service, both at booking stage and at the appointment. I would 100% recommend South East Hearing Care Centre and will be back when required. Thanks everyone!”

“My Son was accommodated at short notice today after he felt uncomfortable with a build up of wax. He was seen by Robert after explaining the situation to Angie on the phone. We can’t speak highly enough of the friendly service we received. Harrison was able to go to his football training later and continue his school work feeling a lot better. Excellent service by a very friendly team. Thank you.”
