“Extremely satisfied with my visit to the S East hearing Centre. The staff were very friendly and in particular were caring as I have mobility problems and I use a stick.The treatment I received was excellent as every step of my treatment was explained in detail and with clarity.I was put as ease throughout .Without hesitation I would recommend going to S E Hearing Centre s.”

“I attended at 1000 hrs on Wednesday 24th August where the lovely woman receptionist welcomed me, offering me a seat and explaining that I would be attended to shortly. A short while later I was introduced to Rob Davies the managing director who then explained the procedure that I was going to undertake. He examined both my ears which I could see via a computer link,explaining the various intricate parts of both my ears. He informed me that upon this occasion,there were no procedures to be undertaken as my ears were clear. Throughout the examination Mr Davies was very professional explaining that no medical procedures were necessary. A highly interesting experience undertaken by obvious professionals.”

“I was desperate to get ear wax removal ASAP as was boarding long haul flight in a few days. My ears were completely blocked. No end of drops etc were affective.. .... I emailed Seaford hearing centre practically begging for a slot. They came back to me and I was seen luckily within the hour. The receptionist Yvette was sympathetic and extremely helpful. I was holding out for a hero. That hero is called Patricia who guided me through the procedure with care and understanding. I won't go into the state my ear canals where in. Suffice to say I am now irritation free and can hear again. A big thankyou too them both .”

“My first visit to have a hearing test and the experience was excellent. I was welcomed by lovely Yvette on reception, who immediately made me feel at ease. During a very short wait I witnessed her patient handling of requests from clients for help with hearing aids and was impressed. Patricia, the very efficient audiologist, was also outstanding. I needed wax removed from one ear before my hearing test and she explained everything very clearly and professionally. Being able to see inside my ears on a screen was a novel experience and I left feeling confident that I had received the best treatment possible. There was no sales pressure to buy a hearing aid and when needed I shall have no hesitation in returning to consult them again. I can highly recommend Seaford Hearing Centre.”

“I felt I needed to get my hearing checked and wanted an honest opinion, this is exactly what I got at South East Hearing Care at Chichester. I expected ti be told I needed a hearing aid however Rob Davies cleared wax from my ears and suggested to see how this went before going on to a hearing aid. This to me showed true professionalism & honesty. I fully recommend him & his practise Chris McLaren-Clark”

“I had microsuction treatment today at the Horsham centre performed by Rob Davies. He was professional, very informative and took his time carrying out the procedure as I was a little apprehensive about having the treatment, so this put my mind at ease.
