“I have been Dealing with Rob Davies and Liam at the Seaford Branch for 18+ years and the depth of understanding of the issues that affect Deaf or hard of hearing people astounds me . I have always been professionally treated and have every confidence that the information shared with me and the equipment that has been sold to me is of the highest standard for my level of disability. I have had treatment through the NHS but my hearing loss is such that one to one adjustments on a regular basis are the only way forward for my level of hearing loss and the NHS cannot offer this. This disability impinges on those around you and my wife has been the "sounding Board " for all the adjustments made. Hers is the opinion valued by me , Rob and Liam as to how efficient they have been with all equipment and adjustments made.”

“Rob Davies shows a great deal of enthusiasm, and dedication, to helping his customers achieve the best hearing solution for them, and that shows in the results achieved. I have now been attending SEHCC for more than 2 years to have my Lyric hearing aid fitted and upgraded, and he has always done the best he can to ensure that I get the best out of my Lyric, despite the challenges presented by the postoperative state of my ear, after having a Cholosteatoma removed through two operations. I would recommend SEHCC as a result. If i had any one criticism it is that there is no Late night or Saturday service which does mean that visits have to be at the expense of work time.”
